SVQ in Learning and Development
(Levels 3 and 4)
SCQF Level 8 and 9
Level 3 is suitable for trainers, facilitators, mentors, tutors, coaches, instructors or anyone with a training responsibility in addition to their main job.
Level 4 is aimed at senior trainers, or training co-ordinators/managers who plan, deliver and evaluate programmes and/or have some management responsibility for others.
HNC
Childhood Practice
SCQF Level 7
This award will equip candidates to work effectively in a range of care settings with a variety of service users. Learners will gain an understanding of the values and principles of social care and will learn how to integrate those values with the necessary skills and knowledge.
HNC in Management and Leadership
SCQF Level 7
Diploma in Management and Leadership
SCQF Level 8
The HNC and Diploma are newly revised awards and contain theoretical and practical units and are highly respected by employers across all industry sectors.
